TCS Motorsports Terms of Sale:



-Shipping

All orders will be shipped UPS or FedEx Ground or United States Priority Mail, whichever is most economical (unless otherwise requested). Shipping charges apply to the continental United States only. Alaska, Hawaii and Canada shipping charges will be extra (Please e-mail us for a quote). Please allow 1-2 weeks for shipping time. All orders shipped through Fedex will require a signature at the time of delivery.

-Special Orders/Back Orders

In the event of a back order, you will be notified immediately and given the opportunity to cancel your order without penalty. Different colors and styles can be special ordered.

-Payment

TCS Motorsports accepts cashiers check, money order, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover), or Paypal payment.

-Returns

All claims for returns must be received by TCS Motorsports within 24 hours of receiving the product. Returns are subject to a 25% Restocking fee. Special Orders are subject to a 30% restocking fee. There are no refunds for shipping fees.

-Cancellation

Cancellation of special orders : There are to be no cancellations of special orders. In the event that a special order must be cancelled, the customer will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Items which have already shipped and are not special order items will be subject to the policies outlined in the returns section. Orders which have already shipped cannot be cancelled.

-Damage Claims

All damage claims must be resolved with the shipping agency. TCS Motorsports will provide whatever information necessary to process damage claims to the customer. The customer is responsible for resolving all damage claims with the shipping company.
